Yakima, Wash. – October 30, 2024 – Bale Breaker Brewing Company is thrilled to announce the return of its popular Frenz Collaboration Series with the release of the third annual Frenzgiving IPA. This year’s special release features a collaboration with eight breweries from Seattle’s Ballard Brewery District, making it a significant celebration of local craft beer.
Set to launch on Friday, November 1, the Frenzgiving IPA will be available at Bale Breaker’s taprooms in Yakima and Ballard. The participating breweries include Stoup Brewing, Reuben’s Brews, Urban Family Brewing, Lucky Envelope Brewing, Obec Brewing, Wheelie Pop Brewing, Distant West Brewing, and Bickersons Brewhouse.
“After two years of collaborating with our neighboring Yakima breweries, we decided it was time to turn our attention to the West Side and showcase our friends in Ballard,” said Kevin Quinn, co-owner of Bale Breaker. “We reached out to the Ballard Brewed Coalition, and the response was overwhelmingly positive, resulting in an incredible collaboration with these eight local breweries.”
This year’s Frenzgiving IPA is a crushable West Coast-style IPA that highlights some of Bale Breaker’s favorite hops, including the classic Mosaic® and Simcoe®, alongside their latest selection, Krush™. With vibrant aromas of grapefruit, mango, and blueberry, this IPA is designed to complement a festive turkey dinner.
In addition to its release at the Yakima and Ballard taprooms, a special launch party will take place at the Ballard Bale Breaker x Yonder Cider Taproom, featuring brewers from the collaboration. The beer will also be distributed throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, with availability confirmed through Bale Breaker’s online beer finder. Washington customers can place orders via the brewery’s online store after the launch.
