Three60 Wine, a growing local wine shop and bar concept, has opened its newest location at Logan Landings, a Sprouts-anchored shopping center in North Naples. The new venue, which opened its doors on November 15, is the largest of the brand’s locations and marks a significant step in the company’s expansion within Southwest Florida.
Located in a 3,500-square-foot freestanding building at the southeast corner of Logan Boulevard and Immokalee Road, the North Naples shop follows a similar model to the Estero location that launched earlier this year. However, the new space offers more room and amenities, including a 12- to 14-seat bar, and is designed to cater to both wine enthusiasts and those looking for a vibrant social setting.
“We believe this location will be a great addition to the neighborhood,” said Jon Kassolis, co-owner of Three60 Wine. “Customers can purchase wine by the bottle, enjoy a glass at the bar, or participate in events like wine tastings.” The company emphasizes offering competitive pricing and quality wines, alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
In addition to the retail experience, the new North Naples location will serve as a versatile event space. Three60 Wine’s CEO, Jason Parsons, highlighted the shop’s ability to accommodate private events, including corporate gatherings, holiday parties, and other special occasions. “We do complete buyouts,” said Parsons. “With the spacious layout, we can host up to 100-120 people for a variety of events.”
The North Naples store is expected to attract residents from the surrounding area, including those who frequent the Logan Landings center for grocery shopping at Sprouts or dining at local restaurants like Oak & Stone, Brooks Burgers, and Felipe’s Taqueria. “We see the bar becoming a popular spot for after-work gatherings, casual wine tastings, and community events,” Kassolis added.
Three60 Wine’s origins date back to a small wine retail operation founded by Naples entrepreneur Rebecca Maddox at the former Three60 Market in East Naples. The company’s first standalone location opened in 2021 on Trail Boulevard, with a second shop following in Estero earlier this year. Kassolis, who also serves as CFO of Consolidated Cleaners, partnered with Maddox to expand the brand regionally, culminating in the hiring of CEO Parsons to help scale operations.
“We started with a smaller store in North Naples, which had a bar area for casual sips while shopping, and we’ve gradually expanded to locations with more space for both retail and events,” Kassolis explained. “The Estero location is our prototype, and we plan to continue developing similar stores throughout Collier and Lee Counties.”
Looking ahead, Three60 Wine has plans to open at least two more locations in Collier County, with another store slated for East Naples by next year. However, future locations may focus solely on wine retail, without the bar component. “We’re planning additional stores that will be wine retail only, though we’ll still offer wine tastings at all locations,” Parsons said.
The new Three60 Wine shop at Logan Landings is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Event bookings are available outside of regular store hours. The address for the new location is 2250 Logan Blvd. N., Naples.
