Seaton Beer and District Branch RNLI volunteers have wrapped up a busy year of fundraising efforts, with a series of successful events supporting the lifesaving charity. The sale, open to sellers from 8 a.m. and buyers from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will feature craft stalls, refreshments, a raffle, and a card tombola. Table hire is priced at £6 for one or £10 for two.

Further events planned for the year include the branch’s annual general meeting in early March, the Grizzly Race Drink Station at Beer Head Caravan Site on March 9, and the reopening of their shop at Jubilee Gardens in spring. The group will also participate in the RNLI Mayday Appeal and host the Beer Lifeboat Weekend on July 5 and 6. The annual sponsored walk will take place in October.

The branch expressed heartfelt gratitude to all supporters during the RNLI’s 200th Anniversary Year in 2024 and is eager to continue its mission in 2025. Through their tireless efforts, Seaton Beer and District Branch RNLI volunteers remain vital to the RNLI’s goal of saving lives at sea, ensuring the charity can meet its operational needs and maintain its lifesaving services.
