Lindemans Brewery Introduces Two New Fruit Ales
Lindemans Brewery, a historic Belgian brewing institution known for crafting traditional lambic beer for over 200 years, has introduced two new fruit-forward beers that highlight the brewery’s rich heritage while looking toward the future.
The first release, Lindemans d’Or, is an 8% ABV Golden Blonde Ale made with a blend of tropical fruits, including mango, melon, and lime. This fruit ale strikes a delicate balance of sweet and sour, with a tropical aroma of ripe mango, lychee, and pineapple, complemented by a touch of pear. Its taste is juicy and round, topped with a brilliant white head.
The second release, Lindemans Noir, is an 8% ABV Fruit Ale with a deep ruby red color and an aromatic profile dominated by dark fruits such as blackcurrant, blueberry, and elderberry. This beer delivers a refreshing and soft finish, providing a rich, fruity experience.
Geert Lindemans, a sixth-generation lambic brewer, shared his excitement about the new releases: “Dirk and I want to keep surprising beer lovers by using authentic lambic in fresh and creative ways. We’re proud to debut our first blends of lambic with top-fermented Belgian strong ale. These new beers bring unique flavors and textures to our range.”
