Mountain Culture Brewing and hospitality group Applejack are launching a new limited-edition beer, Jack Of All Haze, on Monday, February 10. The hazy, citrus-forward beer will be available across all Applejack venues, including Forrester’s, Taphouse, Rafi Urbnsurf, Sandy’s, Rafi North Sydney, Bopp & Tone, The Botanist, SoCal, and The Butler.
Jack Of All Haze is brewed with a combination of Citra, Idaho 7, and Amarillo hops, delivering vibrant, juicy orange citrus notes. The beer is designed to be both easy-drinking and flavorful, making it ideal for a sessionable experience.
“We’ve been working with the legends at Applejack for years. The synergy is undeniable, and together we’ve created something truly special,” said Pat Thiering, Innovation & Brand Manager at Mountain Culture. “This collaboration is led by the Applejack team for their venues.”
Applejack’s Group Beverage Manager, Donovan Binks, shared his excitement for the release. “I first had a Mountain Culture beer in 2020 and was hooked instantly. After a fantastic 2024 together, Jack Of All Haze is finally ready to pour.”
Binks added that the beer’s sessionability makes it perfect for sipping throughout the day. “I’d love to enjoy one surfside at Sandy’s with those perfect blue waves,” he said.
