Prestige-Ledroit Distributing Company has successfully acquired The Craft Coalition, with the deal closing on 1 July. The integration of The Craft Coalition’s portfolio into Prestige-Ledroit’s offerings will commence immediately, with deliveries from the combined companies starting on 2 July.

Founded in 2019, The Craft Coalition has been instrumental in connecting craft beer producers with consumers throughout Maryland and Washington, DC.
