Bengaluru, Karnataka – The Reservoire, a well-known name in Bengaluru’s lively nightlife scene, has expanded with a new outlet in Indiranagar, adding a unique twist to the city’s vibrant social landscape. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of No. 949, 12th Main Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Appareddipalya, this new venue blends art and nature with an array of signature cocktails inspired by the Avengers.
The Indiranagar outlet, much like its Koramangala counterpart, features an artistic ambiance designed to transport guests to a tropical escape. The interior boasts fabric-painted walls and columns adorned with cultural motifs, meticulously selected by chief architect Andre of Studio Camarada. A standout feature is a striking wing-shaped lamp created by Goan artist Siddharth Kerkar, whose intricate, water-inspired textures dominate the space.
The Reservoire’s retractable double-height terrace reveals a lush tropical courtyard, allowing patrons to enjoy natural sunlight by day. This thoughtfully designed space sets the stage for an exciting menu of signature cocktails.
Among the highlights are the Avengers Battle Field cocktails. The “Iron Man” combines bourbon, herbal liqueur, honey, citrus, and orange mint bubbles, delivering a bold initial hit. The “Black Widow” features a mix of red wine, cranberry, cheesecake, and edible charcoal. Despite initial skepticism about the cheesecake component, the cocktail offers a delightful fusion of flavors.
For those who enjoy a theatrical presentation, the “Disco Drama” cocktail is a must-try. This blend of aged rum, apple pie, cranberry, chamomile tea, citrus, and tropical bitters is topped with a dramatic flame, perfect for social media enthusiasts.
Mocktail options are equally impressive, with the “Reviver” offering a refreshing mix of watermelon, orange juice, apple juice, and mint leaves.
Complementing the cocktails, The Reservoire’s food menu is crafted to enhance the drinking experience. Highlights include “Chandi Murgh Alishan Tikka,” which features boneless chicken marinated with Indian pickles and slow-cooked in a clay pot, and “Banjara Prawns,” grilled prawns seasoned with Indian spices, yogurt, and lemon. The vegetarian option, “Cream Cheese Dim Sum,” topped with chili oil, adds a flavorful touch. For dessert, the classic New York cheesecake and tiramisu offer a sweet conclusion to the meal.
