Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge, which first opened its doors in 1938, is celebrated not only for its rich history but also for its extensive cocktail menu that spans over several decades. Known as Milwaukee’s oldest cocktail lounge, Bryant’s boasts a diverse selection of more than 450 cocktails, including the iconic Pink Squirrel, a creation that dates back to the 1940s.
Despite a devastating fire in 1971 that destroyed everything but the building, Bryant’s has remained a cherished institution in Milwaukee. The lounge continues to attract patrons with its storied past and a menu that reflects the evolution of cocktail culture over the years.
