Kelham Hall is preparing to welcome visitors to the much-anticipated Kelham Hall Beer and Cider Festival, a four-day event celebrating the finest beers and ciders from across the UK. The festival will take place from October 23 to 26 and is organized in collaboration with the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
One of the standout features of this year’s festival is the prestigious Champion Beer of Britain judging event. This respected competition will showcase the best beers from around the nation, evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges. Festival-goers will have a rare chance to witness the selection process for Britain’s top beer, highlighting exceptional craftsmanship and brewing excellence.
Attendees can explore more than 150 different varieties of beer and 30 types of cider, each offering a diverse range of flavors. In addition to sampling the exceptional brews, visitors can enjoy delicious food from local vendors and experience live music and family-friendly entertainment in the picturesque setting of Kelham Hall.
“We are thrilled to partner with CAMRA and host the Champion Beer of Britain judging event,” said the festival organizers. “Our goal is to create a vibrant, inclusive event that celebrates the rich tradition of British brewing.”
For added convenience, complimentary shuttle transfers will be available from Newark train station throughout the festival. Local accommodation options are also listed on the event website for those looking to extend their stay.
