Hirsch Wine Group, under its Herschel label, is introducing a new Kosher Rosé to the Australian market, marking its entry into the country’s alternative wine scene and kosher wine sector.
The move comes from Ben Hirsch, who leads the Hirsch Wine Group and is deeply rooted in his Jewish heritage. Recognizing a gap for high-quality kosher wines, Hirsch decided to create a premium Kosher Rosé, which has now been released to the Australian public.
“We are redefining what kosher wine means in Australia, moving beyond traditional perceptions to offer a diverse and enticing range of alternatives,” said Ben Hirsch. “We are proud to offer a quality Kosher Rosé that we hope will become a new favourite within the community and a staple in the Hirsch Hill brand.”
While expanding into the kosher wine category, Hirsch Hill will continue to produce a variety of non-kosher wines, ensuring a broad selection for all consumers.
