Bristol-based craft brewery Wiper and True has teamed up with four renowned UK breweries to create a limited-edition collection of alcohol-free beers, showcasing a variety of styles from dry stout to IPA. Using advanced de-alcoholisation technology, the beers contain less than 0.5% alcohol, offering a refreshing, flavorful alternative for those seeking to enjoy a drink without the alcohol content.
The collaboration includes several standout brews designed to cater to different tastes:
Pale Ale with Track Brewing Co.: A soft, fluffy brew packed with tropical flavors, featuring hints of lemon and lime, thanks to the innovative Citra Hyperboost hop extract.
Dry Stout with Five Points: A traditional stout that blends roasted barley and dark malts with UK-grown hops, delivering rich notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and a subtle tobacco finish.
West Coast IPA with Elusive Brewing: A well-balanced IPA that combines the bitterness of classic West Coast hops with a complex malt base of Caramalt, extra pale barley, and rye.
Grapefruit Radler with Northern Monk: A refreshing, citrus-forward beer offering a mix of tart pink grapefruit and soft sweetness for a satisfying finish.
Michael Wiper, founder of Wiper and True, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying, “We’re extremely passionate about offering our customers more choice, especially during the festive season and Dry January when alcohol-free options are in high demand. These collaborations reflect our commitment to creating beautiful, flavorful beers that appeal to everyone, regardless of whether they’re drinking alcohol.”
In addition to the limited-edition beers, Wiper and True’s permanent alcohol-free offerings include the award-winning Tomorrow lager and Kaleidoscope pale ale (0.5% ABV), which are available year-round.
