LAS VEGAS, USA – 26 December 2024 – Travel restaurateur HMSHost, a subsidiary of Avolta, has introduced a new bar concept, Las Vegas Beer Union, at Harry Reid International Airport. This latest addition to the airport’s dining options marks a continued collaboration between HMSHost and the airport, bringing a taste of Las Vegas’ local craft beer scene to travelers.
The 66-square-meter space features a 26-seat bar, creating an inviting environment for passengers looking to relax before their flights. The bar’s drink menu includes a variety of local craft beers, both on tap and in cans, along with a selection of wines, spirits, and signature craft cocktails, including espresso martinis.
The food menu offers a mix of classic pub fare and creative options. Guests can enjoy a range of burgers, small bites like chicken parmesan wings and buffalo hot wings, and a selection of pizzas. Notable pizza offerings include the Chicken Bacon Avocado, topped with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, mozzarella, tomato sauce, ranch drizzle, and sliced avocado. For breakfast, the “Early Riser” pizza features scrambled eggs, sweet Italian sausage, hand-crushed tomato, basil, and mozzarella.
