Anna, TX – The city of Anna has officially become a member of the Brew City, Texas program, a statewide initiative launched by the Texas Craft Brewers Guild in March 2024 to promote and support the craft brewing industry. This move highlights Anna’s dedication to tourism and its thriving local beer scene, spearheaded by 3 Nations Brewing.
Why Anna Was Chosen
Anna, recognized as the fourth fastest-growing city in the nation, has been selected for its rapid economic development and commitment to enhancing community amenities through its 2050 downtown master plan. By joining the Brew City program, Anna aims to position itself as a hub for craft beer enthusiasts and a destination for beer tourism.
The city is actively collaborating with downtown businesses and landowners to create a unique and vibrant downtown area. A key part of this effort is the partnership between the city, the Anna Economic Development Corporation (EDC), and 3 Nations Brewing, which led to the establishment of Anna’s first brewery.
Located on the site of the former police station, the brewery has been transformed into a family-friendly biergarten patio and taproom, offering some of the finest craft beers in the region. Paying homage to the building’s history, 3 Nations Brewing introduced the popular “Cops to Hops” blonde ale, which has quickly become a favorite among patrons.
