Brussels, January 20, 2025 — JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs, a global network of innovative young chefs and restaurateurs, has announced a new partnership with Wine in Moderation (WiM), an international program dedicated to promoting responsible wine consumption. This collaboration highlights the deep connection between wine and gastronomy, emphasizing the crucial role that hospitality professionals play in encouraging moderation and creating memorable dining experiences.
The partnership will focus on celebrating the harmonious relationship between wine and food while advocating for responsible wine consumption. Both organizations aim to enhance the dining experience by fostering a culture of moderation and sustainability, showing how wine is best enjoyed alongside food, good company, and water.
