Palisade, Colorado, February 24, 2025 — The 5th annual Sip into Spring: A Celebration of Colorado Wine will be held on Saturday, May 17th, at the scenic Orchard River View in Palisade. The event, presented by Grand Valley Bank, offers wine enthusiasts a chance to indulge in some of Colorado’s finest wines while surrounded by breathtaking views of the Colorado River and De Beque Canyon.
Set in the heart of the Grand Valley, Sip into Spring promises an intimate, wine-focused experience, bringing together a carefully curated selection of wineries, food vendors, live music, and artisan vendors. Guests will enjoy tastings led by local winemakers and have the opportunity to purchase wines to stock their cellars. The event also features the return of the Sip Into Spring People’s Choice Award, where attendees can vote for their favorite wine.

Live Music and Culinary Delights
Guests can unwind under the shade of native cottonwood trees while enjoying music from Kevin at 80’s AM, featuring throwback hits, and the soulful sounds of Kate and the Players. The festival will also feature a handpicked selection of local vendors, offering diverse culinary products and handmade goods.
On-site food trucks will provide a variety of dining options to pair with the wines. Participating trucks include:
- Best Slope Pizza, serving naturally leavened Neapolitan-style pizzas
- Underdog Cheese, offering artisanal gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches
- Bonfire Oyster Co., featuring premium oysters from their raw bar and grill station
- Pali Thai, with Thai dishes blending East and West flavors
- El Rey, bringing authentic Mexican cuisine
Ticketing Information
The event will be divided into two sessions to ensure an intimate experience. Each session will feature the same program and is priced at $70 per person. The available sessions are:
- Afternoon Session: 11:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
- Evening Session: 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Tickets are expected to sell out quickly, but any remaining tickets on the day of the event will be available for $80. Advance ticket sales begin on Saturday, February 2nd.
