The wine-focused community Come Together, founded by industry experts Karen MacNeil, Gino Colangelo, and Kimberly Noelle Charles, is launching a new campaign aimed at fostering connection through food and wine. Titled “Sharing & Pairing Sundays,” the initiative is set to run from March 23 to May 25, 2025, encouraging people to come together for weekly gatherings centered around shared culinary experiences.
The campaign follows the success of the previous “Come Together Wine Blog October,” which garnered over 1.7 billion media impressions and received coverage from major outlets, including Forbes, NPR, and The Washington Post.
“Sharing & Pairing Sundays” is designed to highlight the powerful bond between food and wine, promoting cross-cultural exchanges and deeper social connections. Running for ten consecutive Sundays, the event will begin on the first Sunday of spring. According to MacNeil, the success of the previous event underscored the community’s growing desire for genuine connections.
“The goal is to bring people back to authentic, in-person interactions that were prevalent before the rise of social media,” MacNeil stated, emphasizing the campaign’s focus on the importance of reconnecting through shared experiences. The initiative aims to foster these connections by celebrating the universal pleasure of enjoying good food and wine together.
