After 23 years of focusing on wine and beer, Tucson favorite Postino WineCafe is venturing into new territory: handcrafted cocktails. The regional restaurant, known for its extensive wine list and lively atmosphere, has introduced a selection of “unique riffs” on classic cocktails at its Grant Road location, marking a significant shift for the brand.
Fans can now enjoy concoctions like the refreshing Tré Cucumber, a classic G&T, Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Smoked Old Fashioned, and a Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita. A limited-time Espresso Martini is also on offer.
“Postino has always been about offering fun, approachable wines and beers,” says Brent Karlicek, Vice President of Beverage at Upward Projects. “We wanted to bring that same spirit to our first-ever cocktail menu, with both timeless classics and innovative drinks.”
Karlicek emphasizes that each cocktail is designed to complement Postino’s food menu and enhance the overall experience.
All of the new cocktails are now available at all Postino locations across Arizona.
