Highlighting the culinary creativity of Rhode Island’s dining scene, participating establishments such as Res American Bistro, Siena, Bettola, Boat House, Barnaby’s Public House, Coast Guard House, Waterman Grille, Wright’s Dairy Farm, Jefferson Speakeasy, and Narragansett Brewery showcased their ingenuity by incorporating beloved Girl Scout cookies into their recipes.
