Grey Goose, the renowned global vodka brand, has unveiled its inaugural standalone bar, Le Martini, located within Crown Melbourne.
Devoted to the iconic Martini cocktail, Le Martini promises bespoke cocktail experiences curated by esteemed international guest bartenders.
Celebrating its grand opening, the bar debuts with a guest bartender menu crafted by industry luminary Dale DeGroff, renowned for his award-winning contributions to mixology.
DeGroff’s menu showcases:
“Harry’s Original” – a contemporary interpretation of the 1888 Harry Johnson martini, a pioneering five-ingredient recipe.
“Grey Goose Millennium Dry” – a crisp tribute to the new millennium.
“Grey Goose Martinié Speciale” – a French-inspired concoction featuring blanc vermouth and Sauternes, garnished with a Sicilian olive.
Highlighting the Martini’s evolution from the 19th century to the present, DeGroff emphasizes Grey Goose’s unparalleled quality, a brand he has esteemed since its global release in 1997.
Le Martini aims to elevate the Martini experience, inviting guests to indulge in luxury while savouring Grey Goose’s signature craftsmanship. Bartenders adeptly tailor martinis to guests’ preferences, underscoring the cocktail’s essence as a personalized experience.
Sander Janmaat, Head of Marketing at Bacardí-Martini Australia & New Zealand, describes Le Martini as a sanctuary for guests to revel in opulence, craft memories, and enjoy expertly crafted Grey Goose martinis.
In alignment with Grey Goose’s French heritage, Le Martini offers contemporary reinterpretations of bar snacks sourced from nearby Crown favorite, Bistro Guillaume, maintaining the brand’s commitment to quality and sophistication.
