Spring House Brewing Company debuted its exclusive “Championship Pale Ale” cans at the tournament, brewed specifically for the occasion. Co-owner Scott Richardson aimed to surpass the brewery’s previous collaboration with Lancaster Country Club during the 2015 U.S. Women’s Open.

“We had made a beer that was draft only,” Richardson explained. “Of course, we wanted to try to do something even bigger and better this year. So, we reached out to the country club first to see whether they were interested in having us make a beer for the event.”

Available at concession stands across the course, the beer featured a can design by local artist Elaina Posey, showcasing a trophy emblem symbolizing Spring House’s pride in contributing to one of Lancaster County’s premier events.

“We are extremely community-oriented,” Richardson emphasized. “It’s something that we pride ourselves in. If there’s something happening in the community, we want to know about it. We want to know how to bring another partnership together, something that we can celebrate. Beer is so easy, because everybody likes beer.”

Spring House Brewing Company is just one of the local businesses showcased at this year’s tournament, highlighting the vibrant spirit and collaboration within Lancaster’s community.
